VJS8_LEGACY_INIT

videojs() was the Video.js 8 setup call. Video.js 10 does not set up a player from an element or id; players are components you compose.

Video.js 10 equivalent

Install @videojs/html, import '@videojs/html/video/player' and import '@videojs/html/video/skin', and render <video-player><video-skin><video src></video></video-skin></video-player>.

Video.js 8 continues to receive security patches. Its documentation is at legacy.videojs.org. Pin the major version with npm install video.js@8 to keep using it.
